CREATIVE VISION LEGAL automatically tracks and collects anonymous information when you visit this website that does not personally identify you (except in the limited instance described in “Use of Personal Information Under New Google Remarketing Functionality” below) but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience, including the following categories of information: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Website; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the Website (collectively “Traffic Data”). We also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests, including for Google Adwords remarketing campaigns (see “Use of Personal Information Under New Google Remarketing Functionality” below) in which ads on other websites are served based on your past visits to this website, and to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website.

Use of Personal Information Under New Google Remarketing Functionality

Starting May 15, 2017, Google implemented new enhancements to automatically take advantage of new cross-device remarketing functionality now available in AdWords and DoubleClick. This allows CREATIVE VISION LEGAL advertisements to potentially reach you across devices.

Where users have chosen to enable Google to associate their web and app browsing history with their Google account, and to use information from their Google account to personalize ads, Google will use data from its signed-in users together with data from CREATIVE VISION LEGAL’S website to build audience lists for cross-device remarketing. In order to support this feature, two things happen: First, for users on CREATIVE VISION LEGAL’S website, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated identifiers associated with users’ Google Accounts (and therefore, personal information). Second, Google Analytics will temporarily join these identifiers with data from CREATIVE VISION LEGAL’S website in order to support CREATIVE VISION LEGAL’S audiences.

Information sent through the Website “Contact” feature IS NOT ENCRYPTED, so do not send any confidential information using this feature. Only communications with CREATIVE VISION LEGAL sent through its secure client portal are encrypted and therefore safe from inadvertent disclosure.

Information exchanged via the secured client portal after execution of an attorney-client engagement letter is subject to the attorney-client communication and work product privileges and thus cannot, except in very limited circumstances, be disclosed to third parties without client consent. CREATIVE VISION LEGAL reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the website and without any other notice. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting.
